Are you in Year 11 or 12 and interested in becoming an Early Childhood Educator? Our School-Based Traineeships (SBATs) are a fantastic way to gain a nationally-recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care while still completing your HSC. As a Trainee, you’ll work one day per week at a Narnia Centre and have access to support via Captivate days, whole group Zoom classes, small group sessions and 1:1 centre-based visits.
Vocational Education & Training
Are you a high-school student looking for alternative study pathways? We offer a Vocational Education & Training (VET) program in Early Childhood Education and Care, which is completed primarily at school via a blend of face-face learning, on-line learning and workplace-based training.
Ready to kickstart your career as an Early Childhood Educator? At Narnia Early Learning, we offer post-school courses and traineeships at Certificate II and Diploma levels. You can choose to complete your study as part of a centre-based traineeship and participate in paid full-time employment, or complete your course independently.
Narnia Educator Training is a part of St Philips Christian College Narnia Early Learning. Narnia Early Learning was first established in 1992, and has since grown to service many hundreds of children across a range of centres. Narnia Educator Training is committed to training and developing quality Christian Early Childhood Educators.
