Good nutrition is very important to children and our centre encourages this by requesting that families provide healthy food for their child during the day.

Families supply lunch while the centre supplies drinks, morning and afternoon tea. The following are some suggestions of healthy food for your child to bring. These foods are in line with the Good for Kids, Good for Life program.  At Narnia Cessnock Prep, families are required to provide morning and afternoon tea for their child.
